30-day refund window
Paid pdsplugins plans include a 30-day refund window from the original purchase date. The window is intended to give you time to test the plugins on real WordPress sites.
What is covered
Refunds may apply when a paid plan, Pro suite, or license access does not work as expected and support cannot reasonably help resolve the issue within the refund window.
What is not covered
Refunds do not usually apply to custom development, expired refund windows, misuse, unsupported third-party conflicts, abandoned support requests, or renewals after continued use of the product.
How to request a refund
Contact support with the account email, order details, and a short note about the issue. We may ask for basic troubleshooting details so we can confirm whether the problem can be resolved first.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Access to paid downloads, updates, and support may be removed after the refund is processed.
